Jail rosters, release feeds, court records, supervision records, registry entries, custody status, office hours, and links can change without notice. Pickens County's released roster is a short public web source, and the Sheriff's disclaimer says roster information is provided for convenience and cannot be certified for accuracy or authenticity by the Detention Center. Call the relevant office before visiting a facility, sending money, relying on a release date, or making a records request.

This site does not host jail rosters, booking records, release records, inmate files, court records, ADOC records, ABPP records, BOP records, ICE files, or registry data. To confirm custody or obtain an official copy, contact the Pickens County Sheriff's Office, Pickens County Circuit Clerk, Alabama Department of Corrections, Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles, Federal Bureau of Prisons, ICE, or the office that issued the record.
Public Records and Limits
Alabama Code 36-12-40 gives citizens a right to inspect and copy public writings unless another law provides otherwise, and Alabama Code 36-12-41 addresses copies on proper request and payment of a reasonable fee. Those laws do not make every juvenile, sealed, expunged, medical, security, investigative, or restricted record public. Alabama expungement law in Title 15, Chapter 27 may limit ordinary public access after a court order.
